Shipping Time FrameWhen your package is shipped we will input the tracking number to your package into our database. You can always retrieve your tracking number by logging into
your account and viewing your order.
Orders will ship out anywhere between the day after the charge is placed on the customer's credit card to two weeks from that date. The date is determinant by the availability of your item. In some cases, we may not have an item in our fulfillment warehouse and must obtain it from our suppliers. Typically most packages are shipped via United States Postal Service. Depending on the weight of the package, our staff will choose whether to send your package via First Class or Priority mail option. If the package is too large to ship via USPS, usually the package(s) will be shipped via UPS. No matter what, you only pay $4.99 for delivery.
In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in multiple packages. These are called partial shipments. In this instance, items will ship from more than one shipping facility. You will receive notification when this occurs. If an expedited shipping choice is made, all items available for immediate shipment will process in that manner. All other items, such as special order items, will be sent via standard ground. Although multiple packages are being shipped, you will have only one shipping charge.
E-mails About Your OrderAfter you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:
- Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
- Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.
- Important notice about your order. There are a few reasons why you would receive this e-mail, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, cancellation of order. Should you receive a notice like this, please email us immediately so the problem can be addressed.
Delivery of Your Oversized ItemAn Oversized Item that is sent via a freight trucking company will usually arrive to your curbside within 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days and some up to 4 weeks. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window.
- Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery.
- The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building.
- Your package is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help unload the item from the truck and carry it inside.
- The total charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons, or assembly.
When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps:
- Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by emailing us at info@theragingfan.com. Please have your order number available when you email.
- If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by emailing us.
Changing or Canceling Your OrderAfter you have clicked "Place Order", your order begins to process and
you cannot cancel or change your order.* Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.
You may
only cancel your order if you receive an e-mail notifying you that:
- One or more items in your order is on backorder and cannot be shipped within two weeks of your order date. (You may only cancel the items that require more than 2 weeks to ship.) Please contact us immediately by emailing info@theragingfan.com if you wish to cancel these items.
- We are unable to process your payment information . Please contact us immediately at info@theragingfan.com if you wish to cancel your order.
ExchangesWe will be happy to exchange your order provided is is returned to us in like-new condition. Please note that shipping costs to send the product back to our warehouse will be borne by you.
