Q: I can't find my team in a particular product. Can you still get it for me?
A: We may be able to get items with your team even if it is not listed on our site. Contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
 
Q: Can I change my order?
A: If your order has not shipped yet we may be able to change it. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email from us and you wish to change your order please contact us.
 
Q: Has my order shipped? What is my tracking number?
A: We will send you a shipment confirmation email when your order ships out. If your order was shipped via a method that supports shipment tracking, your tracking number can be found next to your order in your account page. Please see our shipping information page for more details.
 
Q: Can I return a product?
A: Please see our return policy page.
 
Q: How can I view my past orders or change my account information?
A: Log in to your account and you can change your contact information, add and remove shipping/billing addresses from your address book, view all of your orders and generate order receipts for them. Note that a "Your Account" link is always present on the top right hand of our website.
 
Q: I don't want to receive email messages from your store. Can you please take my email address off your email list.
A: Certainly. Simply contact us or just reply to one of our email messages with the word REMOVE in the subject line. Please also see our privacy policy for more information on how we use your email address.
